Hi, my name is Alex. I study computer science at Seton Hall University and I'm interested in software development, cybersecurity, and data science. Outside of that I'm into video games, working out, traveling, spending time with my girlfriend, and snowboarding.

I've been spending a lot of time coding and writing a research paper that I'm aiming to publish at ICICS 2026. It's for a cybersecurity initiative at Seton Hall where we're building a full-scale deployable platform to strengthen digital safety and incident response across K-12 schools in New Jersey. The goal is to actually get this in front of schools and have it running in the real world. A big part of it is a machine learning model for detecting threats on endpoints, which has been keeping me busy.

I recently got my girlfriend into Marvel so we've been watching through all the movies. I've also been meaning to finish Red Dead Redemption 2, and I'm planning to replay Cyberpunk 2077 soon, one of my favorite games and the inspiration behind this site.
